ML: Hi, my name is Michael Longo, and I Have been in the Floral Industry as an award winning Designer for over 30 years.
BI: What would you say is the are in business that you are most passionate about and why?
ML: Artistry and Design, to create what others have yet to imagine. I enjoy expanding clients minds and seeing the satisfaction in their eyes.
BI: How are you different than competitors?
ML: I only use the freshest product. I order everything personally and inspect all my product and guarantee customers have a 5 star experience.
BI: Please tell me about any recent business accomplishments that you are most proud of and why?
ML: I am a 7 time People’s Choice Award champion for Best Florist in SWFL. I’m very proud of this award because this is an award that my community came together and took the time to go on line and vote for my shop as #1. And it is the best feeling to see the love and support of my community.
BI: What Leadership qualities in Leaders do you most admire and why?
ML: Integrity, seeing someone take pride in their Team that has been trained and cared for by the leader, I admire those with Generous Nature.
BI: What has been a key element of your success?
ML: Following the guidelines that my family instilled in me to always do good and to satisfy a customer’s needs.
BI: What are some of the business projects that you are currently working on that you are excited about and why?
ML: We are expanding our silk and permanent flower design area to do all custom designs for our clients homes.
BI: What are 1 or 2 things you would like to say to a prospective client who stumbles across this interview?
ML: We are a people company, we are easy to talk to, open minded and never critical of someone’s ideas or style. We guarantee all our products and services 100%.
BI: To wrap this up, what are you most excited about in the upcoming months in your business?
ML: We are about to expand 2 more locations in the SWFL area.
