CAREGD Expands Human Infrastructure Platform Across Work, Sports and Communities

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

LOS ANGELES and ATLANTA — September 22, 2026 — CAREGD™, a for-profit Human Infrastructure™ company for the AI Era, today announced the expansion of its platform for helping organizations better understand what people carry, strengthen human connection and respond earlier across workplaces, sports and communities.

Organizations have become increasingly sophisticated at measuring performance, productivity, participation, outcomes and risk. What can be harder to see is what the people behind those measures are carrying and how pressure, connection, support and other human conditions may affect the way they work, lead, learn, compete and engage with others. CAREGD is being built around that gap between what organizations can readily measure and what people may be experiencing beneath the surface.

“The world measures what people do. CAREGD helps make more visible what people carry,” said Lisa C. Williams, Founder & CEO of CAREGD™ and Founder of America Checks In™. “People should not have to fall apart before someone notices. As technology becomes more capable, I believe the human systems around people have to become more intentional too.”

CAREGD describes Human Infrastructure as the systems, behaviors, relationships and insight that help organizations strengthen the human beings behind performance. The company works across three primary environments — Work, Sports and Community + Culture — using a common operating model built around four actions: Check In, Connect, Continue and Understand. The model is designed to make checking in more than a one-time message or awareness campaign. A check-in creates an opening for connection. Continued connection creates opportunities to notice change over time, while appropriate aggregate insight can help organizations better understand patterns affecting the people they serve. The intent is not to turn employers, coaches, teachers, pastors, parents or community leaders into therapists. It is to make noticing, asking, listening and following up a more normal part of organizational and community culture.

A central part of CAREGD’s expanded strategy is its coalition model. People rarely live inside a single system. One person may move among a workplace, school, sports program, residential community, faith community, health system, neighborhood and family, even while the institutions touching that person operate largely independently of one another. CAREGD builds and operates coalitions intended to help connect those systems around the human being at the center. Depending on the initiative, organizations may fund the work, provide access to a population, convene a community, activate an experience, provide support or amplify the effort. CAREGD provides the coalition architecture, engagement system, technology, implementation, measurement and Human Insight™ that help connect those roles.

“The village already exists,” Williams said. “We do not need to manufacture one. CAREGD helps connect what is already there, with people at the heart and CAREGD at the hub.”

CAREGD is a for-profit Human Infrastructure™ company. For community-facing initiatives, the company may work alongside trusted nonprofit and community organizations that already serve a particular population. Depending on the opportunity, an organization may partner directly with CAREGD, support community-facing work alongside a nonprofit partner or participate in a combined partnership.

The company currently organizes commercial relationships around three broad models. Brand Partnerships are designed for organizations seeking meaningful audience connection, cultural relevance and storytelling opportunities. Impact Partnerships can help fund community-facing Human Infrastructure™ for a defined population or place. Platform Partnerships are intended for organizations seeking sustained use of CAREGD’s Check-In and Check-Back infrastructure across multiple populations, markets or environments.

Rather than approaching partnership primarily as logo placement or traditional sponsorship inventory, CAREGD seeks to give participating organizations a meaningful role in the behavior itself. “Brands and institutions can do more than sponsor a moment,” Williams said. “They can help make the checking-in possible and help the connection continue after the event, campaign or experience is over.” America Checks In™ is CAREGD’s flagship national human-connection movement and the clearest public expression of that behavior. The movement invites people to check in on themselves, check in on three people and keep checking in. That same behavior can move through workplaces, teams, schools, faith communities, residential communities, associations and neighborhoods while the language and experience are adapted to fit the people and environment.

CAREGD builds the underlying infrastructure, while America Checks In carries the behavior into everyday culture. This allows CAREGD to create experiences for different populations without building an entirely new system for every audience. Measurement is also designed around a clear privacy principle: understanding patterns rather than monitoring people.
