An Interview with Restorative Health Expert, Johdi Woodford

So what I aim to do very quickly with my clients, is a massive Decluttering where I show them how to get rid of the ‘shoulds’, the ‘I read that this would be good for me’, the ‘a physio gave me these exercises 5 years ago’, as well as all the long-held compensation patterns, outdated coping mechanisms, or how you think polite society wants you to behave.
