AS: Hello, my name is Ash Seddeek, I am a success and leadership speaker author. I am the expert on top 1% sales and leadership strategies and behaviors. I have worked for Fortune 500 companies such as Deloitte Consulting, Oracle, BroadVision, and Cisco Systems on top 1% leadership development, strategic account manager sales training and strategic content for large scale corporate experiences such as Cisco Global Sales Experience and the Partner Summit with 25000 annual attendees.
I also founded Fremont Consulting, a boutique contract staffing, and consulting services firm that I developed into a 7-figure revenue business with benchmark clients including HP, SAP America, HGST and, Trustmetrics among others.
I have two books on leadership communications and vision development. I am now co-authoring Road to Success with Jack Canfield, “America’s #1 Success Coach,” and New York Times bestselling author. The book will be available September 2016
BI: What would you say is the area in business that you are most passionate about and why?
AS: That there is a much higher level of performance we can all operate at if we’re shown the way to peak performance.
I am passionate about helping others see their unlimited potential by working with them first on adopting success mindsets, creating remarkable products and services and then ensuring the customer experience is memorable and generates rewards in repeat business and referrals.
BI: How are you different than your competitors?
AS: I offer my clients a simple but systematic success formula based on real life experiences of working with top industry leaders and sales professionals. I have uncovered what works and creates exponential results. Most competitors either are trying to cover a broad brush or focus on pieces but fail to offer their clients an easy to remember and implement.
BI: Please tell me about any recent business accomplishments that you are most proud of and why?
AS: I have developed the Own it. Win it. Crush it. Profit Success Formula. This three-step formula takes a complex personal achievement universe and makes it very accessible to career professionals and business owners alike. The formula helps its adopters put their incomes and revenues on autopilot.
I have also launched the Top 1% Sellers Factory, which features sales thought leaders and top sellers with insights targeting high-tech sales and services professionals and leader audiences.
BI: What Leadership qualities in Leaders do you most admire and why?
AS: They provide an exciting and inspiring vision for the future because leaders without committed followers can’t accomplish what they set out to do.
Leaders also need to have integrity and authentic as these are fundamental to how they build trust and ensure that they are not alone in their quest for managing the present and building for the future.
BI: What has been a key element of your success?
AS: A relentless focus on being a top performer and satisfying clients and employers. These are the same principles I focus on spreading through my businesses, books, and keynotes.
BI: What are some of the business projects that you are currently working on that you are excited about and why?
AS: I am excited about the book I am working with Jack Canfield on as it would serve as the basis for getting speaking engagements in the future and creating demand for my business.
BI: What are 1 or 2 things you would like to say to a prospective client who stumbles across this interview?
AS: 1- Focus on people with a passion for client service excellence so that when you work with them you know they will have your best in interest in mind and in action and most importantly the results they deliver to you.
2- Achieving client satisfaction is a must for staying in business and achieving client desired outcomes is the only way to get there. My customer success is step one. My Deloitte and Touche management consulting experience coupled with my experience working with top sales and leadership teams provide me with a uniquely collaborative and consultative perspective to client engagements.
BI: To wrap this up, what are you most excited about in the upcoming months in your business?
AS: Publishing the Road To Success book, launching the Top 1% Sellers Blueprint: a self-assessment tool designed to help sellers assess how their performance measures up against my firm’s proprietary research-based top 1% sellers performance competencies benchmark.
I will also be launching an online membership community for Hall of Fame of Top 1% Sellers. The community will feature top seller secrets of how they won 7-figure deals and how they were able to increase deal wallet share. High-tech sales professionals can learn a lot from these case study interviews with industry top sellers.
