Author of ‘Destiny Grabbers’ Dr. Tanja Hightower Reveals How Women Can Overcome Negative Attachments and Find Purpose on Influencers Radio

On a recent episode of Influencers Radio with Jack Mize, empowerment speaker, life purpose consultant, and author of “Destiny Grabbers,” Dr. Tanja Hightower discussed how women can discover purpose, get their passion back, redefine themselves, and refocus on who they are and what they were born to do.

Dr. Hightower understands all too well what it’s like to feel stuck, passionless, and without a purpose in life… because she’s been there. In her book “Destiny Grabbers,” she chronicled her own journey through terrible situations, facing insecurities, rejection, and abandonment that can cause unhealthy relationships and detour success, both financially and emotionally.

During the interview, Hightower shared how her own experiences led her to help others, saying, “I found myself in a pattern of situations where I had failed relationships and failed businesses. I began to have negative thought patterns. The root of the problem goes way back to my childhood when my mother didn’t have the attachment to me as a mother should during the developing process of a child. That was a chain reaction into my adulthood causing me to have these negative behaviors and patterns. I did not know until I had reached my 50s that I wasn’t in my purpose, and I really didn’t even know myself. And so, it stems back to that as the reason why I find myself wanting to help women. Women wear masks, they don’t like to show who they really are, because sometimes they don’t even know who they really are. So, my passion is helping these women redefine themselves and to discover their purpose and get the passion back that they may once have had before they lost it and got stuck. This is what drives me.  Empowering women to be what they were born to be… to do what they were born to do.”
