 Martha Grier is a native New Yorker of African-American and German heritage. She is the founder of Still, I Rise Coaching, which provides resilience-based, personal leadership and wellness coaching services. Bringing over 20 years of experience as a consul- tant for Fortune 500 financial firms, Martha helps professionals in the second half of life heal their past, reclaim their power, pursue their passion, and fulfill their desire to live a life of meaning, joy, freedom, and wellness.

Martha lives along the Hudson River and enjoys cooking, reading, writing, listening to jazz, and taking meditative walks in the woods near her home.
