As he explained the search process, Barak Granot of Metrix said, “This is an important book for us to compile. We hope to use it to reach out to home sellers both in the US and internationally and are reaching out to real estate professionals who are experts in their field that we feel are true advocates for clients to successfully understand the home selling process.”
Scheduled for a spring 2019 release, “Sold!” will select qualified real estate agents, mortgage brokers, interior designers and contractors from this search, who can provide informative insights into their areas of expertise.
Ms. Foster was quick to clarify the book’s objectives. “This isn’t just about selling houses,” she said. “The experts we select are passionate about helping their clients. They will answer the most common questions and bust the myths and misconceptions so many people have about home selling as a whole. ‘Sold!’ will cover topics such as staging, pricing, finding the right agent, for-sale-by-owner vs an agent, and best marketing tips. The book will include a lot of information that is vital to understand when selling a house.”
She went on to describe the book as “a compelling guide to home sellers educate themselves about the home selling process and how to improve it.” Mr. Granot Added, “we see a lot of demand from real estate agents and clients for education in a separate environment than in the agent’s office. Sellers can read the book at their pace and in their home, and as a result, educated clients are more cooperative, getting better results and developing trust to their agent.”
Several industry leaders have already expressed interest in participating, and Blue Ocean Publishing Group is expected to make an announcement revealing the selected experts in March 2019.
Mr. Granot further explained: “One of the reasons we are assisting in this search is because we didn’t want to go the route of filling this book with the stereotypical ‘experts.’ This quest would be unnecessary if that were the case.”
“We anticipate a lot of exposure to this project,” Ms. Foster said, “so we want to showcase those agents who are actually in the trenches, working hard every day and willing to share that. That is what will make this venture a win-win project.”
