Explaining the search process, Love said, “This is an important book for us, so we’ll be reaching out to our network of media professionals and freelance journalists to submit profiles of local business owners and thought leaders who they feel are true advocates for the success of their clients and community, in-spite of their quieter, more reserved practices.”
Specifically, Love’s outreach partners will be contacting enterprising introverts who have recently won (or have been nominated for) business awards recognizing their high standards, commitment to results and next level aspirations because these type of introverts represent the core values Love wants documented throughout the empowerment manifesto.
Also, 100% of the royalties from the retail sales of the book are donated to the non-profit organization, Operation Underground Railroad. This Charitable Capitalism element is how Love spreads the word about a cause she’s committed to serving while empowering introvert entrepreneurs at the same time.
Scheduled for a Spring 2020 release, “Introvert Entrepreneurs REIGN – The Manifesto“ will highlight the case studies of selected business owners and other professionals with quieter personalities. All sharing their insights and real world experiences of the alternative path to profitability Love has created for introverts who want business success, but on their own terms.
Love said, “The people we select to be included in this book are passionate about their business and the people they help. As case study contributors, they’ll help us bust the myths that we introverts are less ambitious, less qualified and less committed than our extroverted counterparts. I’m believing this manifesto will empower introvert entrepreneurs to opt-out of the celebrated extrovert game of business so they can play a new game that makes winning, as they define it, inevitable.
With several industry leaders expressing interest in participating, Trinity Publications Group is expected to announce the final selections by the end of January 2020.
However, Love asserted, “We anticipate a lot of exposure around this project, for both Operation Underground Railroad and the introvert entrepreneurs we select to feature in the book, so we really want to showcase those business leaders who are actually in the trenches, working hard every day and willing to share that experience to benefit a great cause and to inspire upcoming introvert entrepreneurs with the knowing that introverts are making a serious dent in the universe too. That’ll make this a win-win-win project.”
