Negin’s story is one of evolution. Originally envisioning a career as a civil rights litigator, she found herself drawn into the world of real estate almost by accident. After earning her law degree and facing the daunting task of paying off student loans, she ventured into medical malpractice law. But the calls at all hours and the drama associated with the field left her yearning for a different path.
The turning point came when she was working as Deputy City Attorney for the City of Glendale. There, she was recruited by a developer to help create housing in Downtown Los Angeles. As Negin wrote contracts and negotiated deals for the developer, she realized that the brokers she was hiring were making significant commissions on transactions she was orchestrating. With her keen legal mind and a growing passion for real estate, Negin decided to strike out on her own. In 2006, amidst the beginning of the recession, LeMark Realty was born.
LeMark, derived from the French word meaning “the mark,” was chosen deliberately. Negin’s vision was to create a boutique brokerage that would “hit the mark of excellence” in every transaction. With her dual credentials as a licensed attorney and broker in both California and Arizona, Negin set out to build a company that was not just about buying and selling property, but about providing a seamless, liability-free experience for her clients.

But Negin’s success is not solely due to her professional acumen. Her personal life is just as rich and varied, adding depth to her professional endeavors. She lives on a ranch in Temecula, where she embraces the role of rancher alongside her responsibilities as a real estate mogul. This rural life, far removed from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles, has given her a new perspective. “It has opened my eyes to another world besides real estate and business,” she says. “It’s dealing with animals, nature, the ecosystem. I’m starting to really enjoy my life on a different level by being closer to the animals and nature.”
Negin is also an accomplished musician, playing piano and singing in her band, Surfing Everest. The band’s name, like much in her life, is symbolic. “That’s kind of like doing real estate in a recession—you basically have to climb a mountain with your surfboard.”

Negin is deeply involved in charitable work, particularly with organizations that support youth and veterans.
