How WOW Women of Worth Is Guiding Women from the Shadows to the Spotlight – With Purpose, Power, and Pride
Tell us about your journey! What led you to this point?
I’m a proud Neapolitan woman — born with volcanic energy and creative fire in my heart. I graduated in Economics and began my career as a trainee accountant in Naples, but my journey soon took me to London, where I’ve been living and working since 2001.
Over the past two decades, I’ve built a unique professional path, serving both as a Marketer and as Managing Partner of a boutique tax law firm. This experience taught me how to blend two worlds: strategy and structure on one side, creativity and soul on the other. That balance defines me. I bring the bold spirit and passion of my Neapolitan roots together with the organisational mindset I’ve honed in the UK.
And so I created WOW Women of Worth Ltd, to help women in business do the same — to transform their passion into reality with business rigour, heart-led strategy, and a strong, supportive community. WOW isn’t just a company; it’s a creative movement that reflects my belief that women can thrive when given the tools to align with their truth, speak their message, and build with confidence.
While my journey began with a deep love for marketing and strategic communication, over time, I realised that traditional business models didn’t always serve women. I saw so many brilliant, creative women with incredible ideas feeling invisible or stuck, and it wasn’t because they lacked talent. It was because they didn’t have the right support or visibility.
That’s what sparked WOW Women of Worth Ltd, a movement built to empower women to connect with themselves, their voices, and their audiences in an authentic and holistic way. With roots in both the UK and Italy, WOW reflects my multicultural background and my belief that business can be both soulful and strategic. I didn’t just want to create a business; I wanted to create a space where women could feel seen, supported, and successful on their own terms.
What has been your biggest achievement?
My proudest achievement is watching WOW evolve into more than just a business. Over time, it has become a community, a movement, and a message. We have supported women across the UK and Italy, helping them move from self-doubt to self-worth, from invisible to invincible. Seeing that transformation happen — when a woman finds her voice and owns her space — is truly priceless.
Hosting the annual WOW Festival and launching our signature Marketing SPA Concept, which combines strategic growth with emotional intelligence and creativity, have been key milestones. But it’s the ripple effects that really move me. Shortly after launching the WOW Challenge in 2021, a young woman graduate in Naples dedicated a chapter of her thesis to WOW, using it as an example of gender equality and a positive example for future generations. That touched me deeply.
WOW has since been featured in Brand Journalism, a journalist’s book, as a case study in brand activism. I’ve also had the honour of being featured in national magazines and financial newspapers in Italy, and on local radio stations in both Naples and London. In May 2024, I was appointed Italy Chair for Brand Creation and Marketing for G100, a global network of women leaders. I launched my podcast in March 2024, and I’m a two-time award nominee as of November 2024.
On top of that, I serve as an Advisory Member of a tax law firm, focusing on ESG programmes. It’s my way of bringing my business strategy background into a more sustainable and values-driven space. All of these achievements are linked by one common thread: helping women rise, be recognised, and lead with purpose.
What’s the biggest result you help your clients to achieve?
My clients experience real transformation — from vision to reality. I help women-owned businesses become visible, valuable, and vibrant. Not through a one-size-fits-all method, but through deep listening, teamwork, and soul-aligned strategy.
This journey is never walked alone. Through group coaching, one-to-one sessions, events, workshops, seminars, retreats, our Marketing Festival, and even creative contests, we create spaces where women can inspire, learn, and share. Everything is grounded in an experiential marketing approach, because growth happens when we engage not just the mind, but the heart and senses too.
Using frameworks like the A.U.T.H.E.N.T.I.C. Marketing Method and the Personal B.R.A.N.D. Gems Model, we co-create a path of structured growth from scattered ideas. Together, we shape clarity in their message, give them confidence to show up, and provide connections that lead to authentic visibility, aligned clients, and real income growth.
But more than numbers, the biggest result is alignment — with their truth, their values, and their mission. They stop hiding. They start shining. They feel seen. They feel proud.
It’s not just about marketing. It’s about becoming the woman behind the brand, going from vision to reality, and I’m proud to help WOW Women build brands with soul and strategy. And not just with a WOW effect on the outside, but a brand that is truly WOW from within.
What would be your biggest piece of advice for readers who want to achieve the same?
Authenticity is key. Stop trying to fit into outdated systems or strategies that were never designed for you. Create your own path. Speak from the heart, challenge the norm, and embrace your true self — whether that means rejecting the “hustle culture” or stepping away from traditional corporate models.
Your business should be rooted in your values, your natural rhythm, and your unique strengths. Success isn’t about forcing it; it’s about flowing with who you are. Growth comes when you are grounded in your truth, yet open to new horizons. See far, but stay anchored.
You see, marketing isn’t just about being seen — it’s about being real. Start by connecting with yourself first. Understand your “why,” get clear on your message, and trust that your voice is enough. By being authentic, you allow your business to shine in a way that will resonate deeply with the right clients, leading to lasting success and meaningful impact.
Remember: success is personal. That means there is no one-size-fits-all formula. So, when you lead from a place of authenticity, everything else will fall into place.
Be bold. Be grounded. Align your business with your natural rhythm. In short: don’t force it — flow. When your visibility becomes an act of self-respect rather than self-promotion, you can begin to create a business that reflects your true self, and a journey that reflects your true purpose.
What are the biggest mistakes you see people make, and how can they be avoided?
One of the biggest mistakes I see is women trying to do it all without a clear message or strategy. Many women undervalue their worth or overcomplicate their offerings, thinking they have to be everything to everyone. The key is to simplify, align, and trust your voice. Too often, I’ve noticed women trying to copy others or follow trends, hoping that someone else’s path will lead them to success. But this takes away from their own unique voice and purpose. You don’t need to mimic someone else’s journey; your authenticity is your power.
Another common pitfall is a lack of strategic planning. Women often find themselves just “doing content” without understanding why or having a clear strategy behind it. This scattergun approach may seem productive, but it lacks direction and purpose, which ultimately leads to wasted time and energy. Marketing without a strategy is like driving without a map — you are moving, but not necessarily towards your goal.
Lastly, there’s a tendency to skip the foundational work. Many women overlook the importance of building a solid foundation — based on values, a clear message, and a deep understanding of their audience. Without these key elements, marketing efforts often miss the mark. You can’t create a powerful marketing strategy if you don’t know who you are, what you stand for, and who you are speaking to.
How do I help women avoid these traps?
Through my programmes, I provide women with a clear structure that aligns their values, vision, and message, to create a cohesive strategy. We start with the foundations — understanding your audience, defining your values, and crafting a clear message that speaks to their needs. This clarity is the cornerstone for everything that follows.
I also provide mentorship and a strong community where women can share their experiences, learn from each other, and get the support they need to stay focused on their path. Instead of wasting time trying to imitate others, I help women build their own authentic voice and leverage it to create powerful, meaningful marketing.
Lastly, I offer strategic guidance so women don’t fall into the trap of “just doing content.” I teach them how to approach their marketing with intention — making sure every piece of content, every message, is part of a bigger, more well-thought-out plan. That way, they not only build a brand but a sustainable business that reflects who they truly are.
How do you plan on further growing your business?
We’re growing WOW Women of Worth with heart, purpose, and global vision. Our next chapter is focused on expanding our international presence — especially across the UK and Italy in cities like Naples, Milan, Rome, and Lecce — while continuing to blend strategic growth with community and creativity.
We’re launching online courses, experiential tools, and signature events rooted in our proven frameworks, like the A.U.T.H.E.N.T.I.C. Marketing Method, the Personal B.R.A.N.D.
