There are no gold medals or raw talent, just two friends who tore up the rule book and represent the possibilities of the everyday person. Founders James Whittle and Tom Caulfield help eradicate the word ‘can’t’ from peoples vocabulary, and alter their mindset to realise their own potential. The friends left their jobs in 2015 to row 3,000 unaided across the Atlantic Ocean with the shared goal to show that ordinary people can do extraordinary things.
Tom Caulfield, Co-Founder of The Tempest Two says, “It’s been fascinating working with a variety of big-name brands and corporate audiences. While the internal challenges differ we enjoy bringing a fresh approach to each client. We truly believe ordinary people can do extraordinary things.” Caulfield continues, “For us, the culture of a company is the people within it and how they feel when they walk through the door each day. The purpose felt by every employee as well as the collective behaviour of the wider group.”
Co-Founder James Whittle says, “We use our lessons learnt from adventure to disrupt the modern day workplace mindset. The results are clear to see, and we hope to add a fresh perspective into the workforce of our clients. Outside your comfort zone is where the magic happens.”
