Tell us about your journey! What led you to this point? 

Being in the food hospitality industry for several years, I can see the way the industry is changing. Most companies want to become more sustainable but due to tight margins and costs are currently unavailable.

I saw a gap in the market for edible straws that work better than standard paper straws and gives business the option to charge customers if they wish.

What has been your biggest achievement?

I saw a gap in the market and set out to transform an entire niche!

What’s the biggest result you help your clients to achieve?

The ability to branch out on their own while educating what their customer wants and needs.

What would be your biggest piece of advice for readers who want to achieve the same?

Go with your gut feeling. If someone else does what you want to in the future you will be gutted.

What are the biggest mistakes you see people make and how can they be avoided?

Try not to copy. You need to create and build a brand and your own customer base.

How do you plan on further growing your business?

Bringing on more edible products including plates, spoons, etc.
