Once they leave, how do you support your clients through their healing process?
I specifically work with women who feel lost after abuse but are ready to move forward. My Total Reclaim program focuses on helping them understand their individuality. This includes understanding their thoughts, feelings, and emotions, developing communication skills, setting boundaries, and reconnecting with their intuition and higher power. We work on reigniting and executing their heart’s desires with these new skills. I want women to feel like they’re in control, and that includes their vaginas and sensuality, as well!
Can you explain a little more about the cookie portion of your program?
Of course! In my program, I take women on a journey of reconnecting and accepting their cookies through thought-provoking questions, meditations, and reiki, to name a few. But let me tell you why.
All parts of my program are critical, and all coincide with each other. However, the cookie is one of the most essential parts. If you are in a long-term abusive relationship or chronically in abusive relationships, then I can guarantee at some point, you have sacrificed your cookie for the greater good. Let me explain.
For example, I would perform in the bedroom even if I didn’t want to. Because I knew that if he was having sex with me, he wasn’t out having sex with someone else. Or, if he was physically abusive towards me, I knew I could lure him into the bedroom, and I would have a moment of false safety.
Perhaps you’ve been coerced to have sex by these words or something similar? “If you love me, show me,” or “If you love me, then have sex with me.” Maybe your cookie was taken from you. All these scenarios are devastating and depleting to a woman and can cause her to disconnect from her cookie. Our cookies are everything. It’s what identifies us as biological women, literally our womanhood! We are all here because a woman chose to carry us in her womb. It’s where we can experience creativity and sensuality. This is precisely why I hold a space for women to reclaim their cookies! Our vaginas are sacred, and being one with our vagina is a vital part of our human experience.
