ABOUT APRIL
I was born in Texas and my family still lives there, but I moved to California when I was just 18 years old. I started working at 15 so that I could buy my first car at age 16. Because of my hard work ethic, I was able to pay off my dad’s mortgage on his house. I bring this same work ethic to my career in real estate.
I have worked in real estate since 2003. I am a recipient of the C21 Emerald Award and C21 Quality Service Award. It’s hard to picture myself doing anything else! I love coaching the new agents in the company as well as my clients to make the best decisions possible.
Because I enjoy working with people, I am very sensitive to the plight of others and always looking for ways to get involved. My favorite local nonprofit is RISE, a shelter for abused women. I would like to someday donate the funds and physically help build a school in Guatemala as well as bring clean water to Africa.
When I am not at work, I like anything that goes fast. I’m a vehicle enthusiast. We have a fun mixture of different vehicles allowing us to explore different terrains. I love taking pup ‘Minnie’ hiking, standup paddleboarding, and traveling. My goal in life is to find the best Sunday brunch in the world.
