I’m trying to make a wrong right and that’s what drives me every day. I’m working with clients all across North America now, 30 industries every day, it’s just magnificent where I’m able to help the business owners. I speak at conferences, I get invited to speak at events, at keynotes, and I get to share how we can help. And sometimes these people become clients. So I genuinely love what I do because I’m able to give them the specifics, the skills, and the step by step of exactly what they need to be successful.

What do you think the most important question entrepreneurs should ask themselves before they consider hiring a coach or consultant?

I always recommend asking for a track record of success, you know, who have you helped and how did you help, etc. It’s important to get the specifics from the consultants. ask the see the materials and your tools that they are going to help you with. One of the first tools I work with, with every single client is called what’s your number. I give it to the clients for free. They answer the questions and right away they get a benchmark on how healthy or unhealthy or underperforming their businesses in six areas. And the neat thing about that tool is it’s their score. It’s not me saying, I think you’re a 55 out of a hundred or 25 or 95 they self score. At that point, if they’re wanting to go further with results-driven, they can. If not, we just stop there and just wait for them to eventually contact us. So I would say the question would be, you know, what is your track record? How do you help and what tools do you have to support me and make me successful if I decide to join results-driven.
