Welcome to Business Innovators Magazine…Please introduce yourself and a brief thumbnail sketch of your background.


CA: My name is Carlos Agosto, and I’ve been in Real Estate since 2004. I serve my community in Orlando, FL and adjacent cities as a Realtor and have experience in the mortgage, credit repair, and real estate investment fields.

BI: What would you say is the area in business that you are most passionate about and why?

CA: My passion is educating people. I enjoy to guide them to the right direction. People feel lost on where to start when they are planning to buy their first home or when they are going to sell it. At the end of the day, my satisfaction is that feeling when you do the right thing.

BI: How are you different than your competitors?

CA: Our competitors their only plan is to list your property on the MLS and get buyers at your expense. That’s why a lot of properties take longer to get sold, or the listing expires. What set ourselves apart from our competitors is our 87 point marketing plan that is designed to get properties sold the fastest and for the most amount of money.  In addition to that, we offer a variety of programs for different seller situations, plus communication and performance guarantees that if you are not happy with us, you can FIRE US at any time.

BI: Please tell me about any recent business accomplishments that you are most proud of and why?

CA: One of our recent team accomplishments was that were able to list a property and got it under contract in 3 weeks, and 30 days later we were at the closing table thanks to our 87 point marketing plan. The sellers were amazed on how fast their property got sold!

BI: What Leadership qualities in Leaders do you most admire and why?

CA: Commitment! It shows the dedication that a leader has to serve others. By doing this, they create an indisputable reputation gaining the trust of the people.

BI: What has been a key element of your success?

CA: Attitude! Attitude is Everything! Is like a price tag, it shows how valuable you are. I’m the kind of person that I like to seek for solutions instead of thinking of the problem.

BI: What are some of the business projects that you are currently working on that you are excited about and why?

CA: I am working on webinars on how to avoid the costly mistakes that sellers commonly make at the time when selling their home and for buyers on what they need to do to get their dream home.

BI: What are 1 or 2 things you would like to say to a prospective client who stumbles across this interview?

CA: For a person that wants to buy, don’t pre-judge your credit. I’ve had people that said they didn’t qualify for a mortgage, and when they go to the lender, they get surprised because they qualified to buy a home.

For home sellers, it’s hard and stressful to sell their properties on their own, letting people get in their homes without a proper pre-screening process wasting their time and sometimes getting exposed to strangers that you don’t know what their intentions are.

BI: To wrap this up, what are you most excited about in the upcoming months in your business?

CA: I am excited about is on serving people achieve their real estate goals. Is exciting on being part of their successes and happiness in life.
