The new real estate leadership book showcases leading real estate experts officially launched on August 7, 2018, and secured the rank of #1 Bestseller status on Amazon.com on the day of release.
Darryl Bergstresser authored a chapter in the book and “it’s a vital and valuable contribution to the success of the book” according to publisher TC Bradley.

Darryl has an extensive knowledge base to draw from in the fields of consumer, auto and mortgage lending. He started in 1986 as a loan officer for ITT Financial Services, the largest nationwide consumer lender at the time. Two successful branches later in Enid Oklahoma and Reno Nevada, helped him obtain a 13 state area as Assistant Vice President in the business development section of the company. During this time, Darryl obtained all available insurance licenses for the state of Oklahoma. ITT CFC sold their share in 1993. Next, Darryl started with MFC Finance Company as a loan officer in 1994. Two successful branches later in Tulsa and Arlington Texas, Darryl was promoted to marketing director for Oklahoma, Texas, and Kansas. Darryl was nominated as Branch of the Year in 1995 out of 13 nationwide branches prior to promotion and obtained his F&I License from the Monumental Insurance School of Atlanta Georgia. MFC Finance sold to Consumer Portfolio Services in 1998.
As with the last two large nationwide companies, Darryl started as a loan officer in 1998 for Ameriquest Mortgage. He was promoted to San Antonio Texas where he was awarded the Gallup Q-12 Survey #1 Branch for 1999 out of the entire 200 branch offices at Ameriquest Mortgage. This led to his promotion as Assistant Vice President / Area Manager to encompass 4 branches in Arizona and Encino California.
Maintaining a successful career in the mortgage world after the Ameriquest shut down, Darryl obtained his real estate license for Oklahoma.
Darryl has attended the University of Oklahoma, UCO, OKCCC, Rose State and the Academy of Health Sciences, located in Fort Sam Houston Texas . He also served as a member of the 245th Medical Clearing Company for the Oklahoma Army National Guard during his lending career.
Darryl started as a loan officer in consumer, auto and mortgage lending, moved beyond the management level and obtained licenses in every field, to better his craft.
