Dr. Madu is fortified with over 30 years of executive-level experience successfully building and sustaining domestic and international economic bridges, capacities, utilization, operational efficiencies, industrial security, and momentum.
He earned his BSc with majors in Biology & Chemistry in 1982 and MBA (Financial Management & Admin) in Dec 1983 from Southeastern Oklahoma University. He has been an experienced Industrial Safety Instructor & Fire & Rescue Officer/EMT paramedic since 1987. 1991 he became an Adjunct Faculty with California College for Health Sciences/Independent University. Has been a licensed registered Respiratory Care Practitioner by the Texas Medical Board. Since 1991, I have been certified as a skilled nursing facility administrator in Texas since 2003. He earned a doctorate degree in Technology in October 2014.
He managed multi-unit healthcare facilities for Spring Seasons, Nexion, and Cantex as Chief Executive Officer/Administrator. He provided result-oriented international business development & Industrial Security Consultancy for global-oriented companies. His diversified Management & Marketing experiences have enabled him to filter, identify, match, and sustain result-oriented synergistic global partnerships between U.S. and U.S. foreign companies. His ability to inter-phase seamlessly with and between diversified cultures, Ex-Im banks, private equity lenders, Industrial Security, Import and Export manufacturers, and consultants provides added value to his asset portfolio.
He has successfully organized global FDI and executed trade missions between the USA (SBA, STEP, Texas, Maryland, Virginia, Arkansas, Vegas, Nevada, Illinois, etc., Embassies, and African governments( presidents, vice presidents, legislatures, etc.), chambers of commerce, IITA, Tertiary institutions, hospitals. As chairman of Bod AUF, he’s currently facilitating 1000 AUF/Google sponsored IT skill acquisition scholarships for African youths and collaborating with Coleman/Amazon sponsored on access to PHC in Abuja, Nigeria, 500 hectares of land agriculture development project in collaboration with Emirs Palace in Ilorin and “Destination Promise Land” “Claim a Piece of Africa for partnership & sustainable economic development “ trade mission Aug 25-31st, 2024 trade mission to Nigeria.
Dr. Madu is the CEO of Metromed Staffing & Health Services Inc., Metromed Nursing Institute, and Noble Choice Home Healthcare. He collaborated with Medisend International, Orasure, and DC CD.C.sortium to successfully deliver humanitarian Medical Missions to Nigeria in 1995, Ghana in 1989, and Sierra Leone, Guinea, and Liberia in 2008. Annual global humanitarian medical and academic missions have become a call of duty in his household, hence the fort.
He is a board member of Cachet Mining (S/L), ResourceHQ (Nig) Ltd., and FOLKAN Eye Technology and a founding member and President of the West Africa Chamber of Commerce & Industry. His duties as President include leadership, management, grooming future leaders, and developing International Trade for and between our members, West Africa, USA, and global markets.
His Community Leadership roles include the 2001 Alumnus-Dallas Blueprint for Leadership. He has received numerous philanthropic and leadership awards in the USA & Africa. Mr. Madu is happily married and blessed with four beautiful children. He enjoys tennis, soccer, movies, intellectual discussions, travels, swimming, reading, & volunteering for a good cause.
