Elsa Leigh Palmer-Oden, is a wife, mother of two boys and an entrepreneur. She has had many different experiences in which she has learned many skill sets. Her working career started at a young age working with her parents, building robots and filing paperwork. When she was in high school, she was in JROTC, which taught her leadership and self-discipline skills. She also started working at McDonald’s.
After high school, Elsa moved on to being a convenience store clerk, which lead to store manager.
Over the years, she has also been a waitress, a service cashier at car dealerships, a clerk at auto part stores, a loan processor for auto and home loans, helped her husband with remodel jobs and maintenance coordinator in aviation. All these experiences has given her a diverse range of experiences and skill sets.
In 2007 she learned of the term “virtual assistant”, while looking for a legitimate work at home, or “telecommute”, a job for me to be able to be home with her boys after school. She finally found a legitimate virtual assistant staffing company to work with.
Four years later, Elsa quit working with the staffing company and started her own virtual assistant staffing company to assist real estate investors. Throughout this process, she taught herself many ways to best keep her clients organized and the use of many systems to benefit her clients.
