
Ables will be leading the workshop, “Digital Workplace Journey Mapping,” on Monday, June 17. He will demonstrate how to create a better workplace experience, which drives engagement, productivity and continuous improvement through an understanding of leaders, users and other stakeholders in the organization. One of the top reasons employees do not engage is a disconnection between their digital workplace experience and overall productivity. Technology solutions can become so complex and difficult to use that employees feel they are working for the technology – rather than the other way around. This interactive workshop identifies persona definitions, the foundation for journey maps and how to parse survey data.
