
LaWanna was recognized in July for more than 4,000 hours of volunteer service to the nation and has been awarded the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award. The Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award honors individuals whose service positively impacts communities in every corner of the nation and inspires those around them to also take volunteer action.
The President of the United States commended her exceptional work empowering women entrepreneurs and fostering sustainable communications through innovative solutions. Her award came with a letter of recognition signed by the President and a White House certificate and coin.
