Business Innovators recently interviewed one of Chattanooga’s TOP Business and Real Estate Attorneys, Matthew Fitzharris.
Welcome to Business Innovators Magazine…Please introduce yourself and a brief thumbnail sketch of your background.
MF: My name is Matthew J. Fitzharris, and I am a litigator. I am the guy you want on your side when you have to go to court.
Business Innovators: What would you say is the area in business that you are most passionate about and why?
MF: I am most passionate about litigating cases for my clients.
It is what I do best. I get satisfaction out of getting my clients great results.
Business Innovators: How are you different than your competitors?
MF: I will not stop, will not rest, and will not back down until my client gets what he/she wants.
I am not afraid to go to court.
I am ready to go to court from the moment I file a lawsuit and I am ready to dominate that courtroom.
Business Innovators: Please tell me about any recent business accomplishments that you are most proud of and why?
MF: I recently saved a real-estate company from losing all of its assets to foreclosure and collection from potential creditors. Through the use of the law and not taking no for an answer, I was able to protect the real-estate company from its creditors and save the owners all of their equity in the company.
Business Innovators: What Leadership qualities in Leaders do you most admire and why?
MF: Fearlessness, specifically the ability to ignore doubters and to stand up for what for what one believes in.
Business Innovators: What has been a key element of your success?
MF: Fearlessness, hard-work, and passion for what I do.
Business Innovators: What are some of business projects that you are currently working on that you are excited about and why?
MF: I am currently working on writing my first book “FITZHARRIS: Every Attorney has a Strategy Until They Face an Actual Litigator” that will be coming out this summer.
I am very excited to share with the public, current clients, and potential clients the secrets to my courtroom strategies that have proved highly successful.
Business Innovators: What are 1 or 2 things you would like to say to a prospective client who stumbles across this interview?

MF: I am most excited to continue to provide results for my clients.
