In this interview, Brett shares his inspiring journey, success secrets, and key actions that you can learn from.
Izdihar: How did you start your Entrepreneurship journey?
Brett: Back in August of 2014, I had the biggest financial breakdown of my life, it wasn’t isolated, it was a culmination of poor decisions over my almost 40 years of living at that time.
This straw broke the proverbial camel’s back of my 12-year relationship and marriage to my then-wife Elissa, who was 3-4 months pregnant at the time with our first and only child.
Fast forward 4 years I discovered why I kept living a life of self-sabotage, it was past trauma, old beliefs and a Paradigm that truly needed shifting and thanks to the late great Bob Proctor, I was delivered that Paradigm Shift, coincidentally at his event of the same name.
Six months after completing my training as a client and support worker of my coach, I met with Bob via Zoom and accepted his offer to become a consultant of PGI (Proctor Gallagher Institute)
That’s how it all started…
Izdihar: Who inspired you to start your business?
Brett: Actually, even though I mentioned I got on a call with Bob Proctor and decided to start with his company. It was actually Arash Vossoughi (PGI, VP of Sales) that suggested I become a consultant/business owner, as I had contacted him to see whether I could help out at PGI HQ. He said yes, but he would be doing me a dis-service, based on his knowledge of my experience and work with one of Bob’s top Inner Circle coaches, my first coach in mindset, Mariko.
Izdihar: What type of services or products do you offer?
Brett: Until recently, I had been primarily offering a small group Mastermind format for maximum of 12 individuals studying and applying my Super Charged Freedom program.
I also have half a dozen (I only accept that many at any one time) one to one clients doing my Hands-On Hero program, this is individualized to the persons business and certain blockages or deemed issues they’re facing.
And via my website, people can purchase my soon to be launched Super Charged Freedom book, receive a free digital copy of my multi award winning book ‘I Fly’ + the F.R.E.E.D.O.M program and can also access my podcast currently titled Mastering Success and soon to be rebranded Super Charged Freedom (as well)
Izdihar: What is the best part of being an Entrepreneur?
Brett: Having the ability to set your own schedule. Choose the things you want to do and delegate the rest. In my line of work, I would say, the absolute best part is the feedback from clients stating what a life changing impact you’ve made on their life, that’s the real joy!
Izdihar: What is the most challenging part about being an Entrepreneur?
Brett: If I’m being honest, it’s money for me. Not the earning part, the which part of the business to grow first with your revenue. I think like most entrepreneurs, we want to grow quickly and impact more people. However I’ve come to accept, at times, there’s divine timing and not rushing the process is powerful.
Izdihar: What are your biggest lessons about being an Entrepreneur?
Brett: Number 1. You can’t help everyone. You know that old saying. You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make it drink. That was very frustrating to me. As my key core value is ensuring everyone gets what they decide they want, when they start working with me.
2. Planning ahead is paramount. Tracking your numbers. Making sure you’re doing the necessary steps to get to where you decided you’re going.
3. Celebrate the wins. Don’t be in such a hurry to hit the next target, that you don’t achieve reaching each milestone.
Izdihar: How are you different from other Entrepreneurs in the same industry?
Brett: My belief my biggest core difference is my ability to genuinely show that my clients results are the most important factor, not how much money I’ve got in my account. And don’t get me wrong, I love being paid for service. Investment as a client is one of the core ingredients in success. That was my biggest failure previously.
Added to that, my authentic way of connecting with everyone in a positive, constructive way and intuitively connecting them with ideas that help them grow.
Izdihar: What are your top 3 advice to other Entrepreneurs/your niche?
Brett: My top 3 advice are..
- Don’t rush success.
- Genuinely help your clients, no matter what.
- Give more than you receive.
Izdihar: What’s your secret to balancing your family, business and ME time?
Brett: It starts with you giving yourself the first part of the morning to charge & appreciate yourself & god/universe, then ensuring you’ve set up your business and sticking to that schedule, so you allow time for family & or friends.
Izdihar: What’s 1 key action that anybody can take today to move closer to their goals?
Brett: Do something you’re afraid to do, that you know will likely get you closer to your goal. The best outcomes are nearly always on ther other side of fear. I know when I fear doing something, there has to be a juicy positive surprise on the other side, so I do it.
Izdihar: Do you have any free gifts to offer?
Brett: Yes indeed. You can get my ebook of ‘I Fly’ that multi award winning book I mentioned from my website www.superchargedfreedom.com and if you pre-purchase my new book of the same name as my website and business, you’ll also get a free 7 Steps to F.R.E.E.D.O.M program (valued at $997)
Izdihar: How can people get in touch with you? Example, website
Brett: The best way is via my website, either www.brettdscott.com or before mentioned www.superchargedfreedom.com
Izdihar: What do your clients say are the best thing about working with you?
Brett: If it’s the BEST thing, I would say the resounding popular answer would be, my authentic approach to helping them become the best version of themselves.
