Giving in to guilt and comparison is a big one, too. Lots of entrepreneurs feel guilt around not working enough, not getting “there” fast enough, or not spending enough time with their kids, partners, or friends. This then leads to more pressure, stress, and overwhelm, which causes them to beat themselves up. With my clients, I do deep mindset processes to help them release guilt at the original cause so they can let it go. The opposite of guilt is self-worth, so when my clients release theirs, they feel worthy, deserving, and abundant.
Then there’s comparison, which can come either in the form of imposter syndrome or comparing yourself to others and past versions of yourself. With the comparison trap, I work on my clients’ identities so they can love and accept all of themselves. This helps them to realise how amazing and unique they are.
How do you plan on further growing your business?
At the moment, I’m putting together a high-end mastermind for business owners earning seven figures-plus. I feel like there is a gap in the market for people at this level. They don’t need more online courses or strategies. Rather, they want to be able to connect with other people at their level, bounce ideas around, and support each other in their growth. Even more than that, they want fun, adventure, and great friendships.
It can get lonely the more you grow. You feel like most people don’t understand you or that you end up being the go-to person for advice. So, these high-achievers want to be part of a community that has their back and inspires them to create more, while also giving them a chance to switch off from business and have fun.
We’ll have the mastermind element as well as in-person retreats and adventure days like flying in helicopters and visiting day spas.
