You’ve done absolutely incredible things with your business. What’s next? What have you got coming up?
What have I got next? I have realized that this is an epidemic for women. This is a problem for women, all women, particularly career women. So, I’m also going to branch out into educating women in the workplace, younger women, how to take care of their menstrual health, and how actually utilizing their menstrual cycle gives them more productivity in their workplace. It’s broadening not just dealing with women over 40, but actually managing the problem before it occurs. That’s my big mission now, to start going out there educating women in the workplace, educating big companies on if you understand women’s cycle, you will get more productive productivity out of her. But you also need to acknowledge that, she is going to be up and down. The downtime is okay but utilize her uptime because that uptime she will be invincible.
Women in the workplace are more capable than men because we have more adaptivity, we are able to adapt because we’re able to, we’re baby led. We will throw anything at a child to help that child when we have young babies. So that’s actually why we are so good in the workplace. But we are led to believe that we have to be masculine and we have to be flatline, and that’s not the case, that’s why we are ending up having infertility issues later on in life because we are not aware that we need to acknowledge our menstrual cycle and our cycles throughout life.
