But, strategy is fundamentally an external solution. It doesn’t change the material you’re working with – it’s just window dressing, really. In reality, your business can only ever feel as good as what’s actually inside.
What strategy does is get you to milestones. But, if you don’t focus on your inner world, all you’ll experience is emptiness. I see people with seven and eight figure businesses who sit and wait for it to actually feel rewarding – to just feel good in their being. They will very often (but not always) be surrounded by lovely things, but still feel a profound lack and a deep shame about it.
Unfortunately, these people have unintentionally compromised themselves, by unwittingly moulding their own being to feel empty all the time. That’s why so many end up leaving their businesses to start over. Ultimately, you just can’t feel abundance around you until you’ve worked on your personal and cultural wounds and changed to embody abundance on the inside.
People can avoid getting to this point by really learning what is a true “yes, please” for them and what is a definite “no, thank you,” and by always honouring that without compromise.
Still, because we live in a materialistic world where everything and everyone acts against authenticity, sometimes a “yes” won’t work out quite as planned. In those instances, you have to bring radical self-awareness and self-love to the situation. You have to explore what patterns from your own past or culture were at work there and figure out why they failed to serve you. And, you must love yourself through the lessons, until you find the blessings.
How do you plan on further growing your business?
I have a book in the works, but my focus is always on serving the people I work with. My clients have been growing this business, just by embodying the things I teach them.
Every day I hear stories about how people come to notice their own transformations. One was even asked if she was on drugs or had joined a cult, she was so lit up! And, as a result of her extraordinary transformation, her friend later came and worked with me, too. I want to grow my business by continuing to honour that relationship with my clients and never compromising on our incredible results.
For that reason, the foundation of everything we do here is informed by acting with love, trust, and collaboration. Unlike a more traditional business, we don’t have a “five year plan.” Instead, our plan is to consistently follow our hearts and honour our bodies, and to grow as people as we go, in co-creative relationships with others. Currently, that means leveling up our powerful unit and bringing in another new support practitioner.
There’s also a high level of interest from past clients in an accreditation program, so we’re working on that at the moment. Currently, we’re only able to offer our process of deep cultural unlearning, self-finding, and empowerment very exclusively, to perfectly matched entrepreneurs, aspiring entrepreneurs, and founders, as places are very limited. So, a self-study version of our programme is on its way, too.
Looking at the bigger picture, I can also see us extending our one-to-one services to change-makers and politicians at some point in the future.
