The metrics selected were 100% within individual control, were easy to understand, and can be measured weekly. New technology tools were implemented to track metrics and make critical information more visible to the sales management team. Ables will elaborate on how weekly meetings were organized to review metrics and trends and to plan for continuous improvement, and the vital role that culture played in the process. He will also discuss a number of key lessons learned that any organization can use to improve engagement and performance.
