How This Coach Took His Company from Totally Unknown to $450,000 Per Month In Revenue

Taking a business from $20,000 to over $450,000 per month isn’t a walk in the park.

Yes, that’s almost half a million dollars in monthly revenue per month and growing!

Now let’s find out how Clients Oasis founder, Kennedy Cee was able to accomplish this. Everything you read below is from the man himself.

With Clients Oasis growing rapidly, the second biggest question we get asked at our business coaching company, Clients Oasis is how we grew our business from totally unknown to almost half a million dollars in monthly revenue. While the answer isn’t what you might expect, I will try to break it down as much as possible. But first, it starts with understanding how to land premium clients.

You see most people and businesses the world perceives as overnight success were never an overnight success. Here’s what I mean: I have been in the online marketing world for 8 years now.

During these 8 years, I’ve started more than 15 businesses that failed completely. I started as a copywriter, writing sales copy for internet marketing companies. Then along the way I started other businesses that failed completely.

Only one achieved a level of success: The Biz Help. I built the company around sales funnel development — building complete sales funnel systems for online businesses. The business was bringing in about $20,000-$30,000 in monthly revenue.

However, sometime towards the end of 2017, I had to let the company go and couldn’t sell it because most people buying the sales funnel packages weren’t getting the kind of results they anticipated. Since sales funnel systems stopped being effective due to overuse and oversaturation in the online marketing community, we had to stop offering the service and move on to something bigger.

Meanwhile, lessons learned from numerous past failures and a couple successes taught me something about building a 7-figure coaching company. This goes to say that if you look at it critically, it took me 8 years to learn how to build a company that went from totally unknown to over $450,000 every month.

While you may not have 8 years to get all the experience I gathered to build a 7-figure coaching company, I will give you some short cuts to make it a lot easier for you and cut down your success curve by at least 10 times.

Now let’s dive right in, shall we?

  1. Know Who You Serve And The Outcome You Deliver

For you to be able to build a successful business like we did at Clients Oasis the first step is you must have a skill or skillsets that help people solve a major life or business problem.

If for instance you can save someone from going through a messy divorce, you can build a successful coaching business around this. Again, can you help someone obese and out of shape get fit, recover their self-esteem, and even escape some life-threatening disease? Then you can build an extremely profitable coaching business around this skill alone.

But having the skills is NOT enough. You need to know the exact person you help, which I call your client avatar. Having a client avatar is very important in building a successful coaching business. If you don’t know who you serve and how you can serve them, how do you get results? It is important to know your ideal client and the outcome you help them deliver.

At Clients Oasis, our ideal client is a coach or service business professional who’s great at what they do, but are in need of perfect clients. What we do for them is we help them get their perfect clients at the right price, any time they want. This is how we serve our clients.

A client avatar helps you clearly define who you serve and how you serve them. When you can clearly define your ideal client, you can easily find them and charge between $3,000 and $15,000 to help them get this specific life-changing outcome.

If for instance you can help someone who is obese lose all the pounds, get back in shape and regain their confidence, you can easily charge $3,000 to $10,000 for this level of service.

If you can help a business drowning in debt or about to close shop recover, you can command between $5,000 and $15,000.

If you can save someone from going through a nasty divorce, this could mean $3,000 to $15,000 for your expert help and transformation.

The possibility is endless!

  1. Offer Help In Advance

After you’ve identified your target client, the next step is to offer them an amazing help in advance — even before they give you a dime. This is what I call creating goodwill in marketing.

When you do this, potential clients will be attracted to you and see you a resourceful person, if you can identify their biggest problem and offer them help in advance.

At Clients Oasis for example, we help our prospective clients in advance by giving them actionable insights on a webinar. When people realize that you have the superpowers to help them, they will be willing to give you tons of money to get hands-on help from you.

They also trust that they can get their needs solved with you, because you have been able to hit a spot, even without having a personal contact with them.
