3. Who can you offer love, empathy and kindness to (today) who may feel that no one else in the world could possibly understand their current trials?
4. What is the resulting “gift” that you have to offer someone else who may be broken-hearted about a similar dilemma that they may be facing now? (i.e. a listening ear, an understanding heart, validation of their feelings, words of encouragement, strength to carry on, etc)
5. As you look back on the life crisis you have endured (are still enduring), what steps have you chosen to take to overcome that challenge?
7. What are the character strengths, positive attributes, skills and abilities you have gained from enduring and overcoming your greatest challenge?
8. What gift can you give yourself today to assist yourself in mending your own broken heart which can assist you in the process of recreating a new version of living joyfully in the present?
My heart is no longer broken. It is now my constant prayer that I can continually be used as an instrument in mending broken hearts and helping other’s to rewrite their own divinely inspired versions of how they choose now to live and love joyfully ever after.
