JA: Hello, my name is Julbert Abraham, I am originally from Haiti. I came to the US during my teenage years to pursue the American Dream. I have been fortunate enough to stay around great people and have developed amazing relationships over the years. Currently, I am the CEO of AGM, a Social Media Marketing and Training company located in New Jersey. I have an MBA from Northeastern University, and I have over 12 years of Marketing, Sales, and Entrepreneurship experience. I have been able to co-authored 2 books, and I am also a Social Media professor at CUNY-Baruch College in NYC.

BI: What would you say is the area in business that you are most passionate about and why?

JA: I am extremely passionate about providing solutions to my clients. I have been able to help our clients increase their revenue and expand their brand on LinkedIn. In addition, the “aha” moment in their eyes during our training sessions, when our clients understand how LinkedIn can be a huge value-add tool to their business.

BI: How are you different than your competitors?

JA: I am in a very niche oriented field with some amazing competitors. I believe what set me apart is me. I enjoy helping my clients solve their problems, providing innovative solutions and really have our team help them take their business to the next level. My background and our ability to generate a result for our clients set us apart from anyone else in our space.

BI: Please tell me about any recent business accomplishments that you are most proud of and why?

JA: One of our recent business accomplishments was receiving an email from one of our clients stating that our training has changed his business for the better, and he has more than triple his revenue. I am very proud of our success stories because we have been able to make a real impact on not only the company but the employees. The newly generated revenue can help the business hire more employees, which in term is helping our overall economy.

BI: What Leadership qualities in Leaders do you most admire and why?

JA: I admire leading from the Front. Leaders are meant to inspire others and the best way to inspire someone is to lead from the front, by doing what you are asking everyone else to do.

BI: What has been a key element of your success?                            

JA: One key element to my success is consistent personal development. I love investing and improving myself. I believe life is a journey of non-stop learning experiences. I am grateful for all my experience and have been able to learn from all of them.

BI: What are some of the business projects that you are currently working on that you are excited about and why?

JA: I am a serial Entrepreneur, and I love new and exciting opportunities. I have been able to help a lot of other Entrepreneurs grow their businesses, and I am super excited about launching my other companies and non-profit partnerships. I am now able to impact millions around the globe.

JA: I am super excited about our upcoming speaking engagements where we will get a chance to speak to hundreds of business owners around the country about leveraging LinkedIn as a marketing tool to enhance their brand and grow their business.
