FBC:  Give us an example of how you educate someone who is not familiar with your process.

MM: Certainly. Seek Eye Care creates an interactive experience that engages each consumer. We discuss why this medical device is needed and when they will be used most, as well as in what capacity such as computer use, driving and reading.  When the needs are uncovered we can begin focusing on the cosmetic, where most want to begin. This allows us to better select eye wear that fits those needs described such as size, shape, environment and coloring.

FBC: What is the first thing someone would do to begin the process?

MM: Bring in or have your optometrist or ophthalmologist fax us the most current copy of the vision prescription. Then we do the rest.

FBC:  What is your prospect’s biggest or most common challenge?

MM: Having absolutely no idea where to start, which is where we put them at ease and explain what we be discussing and how the process will be more fun than they expected.

FBC:  Why would working with a professional like yourself greatly improve the  chances for success?

MM: Honesty in their selection process, having the integrity to tell them what looks wrong and what looks right based on their needs and not the dollar amount.  Fulfilling their needs, not what Seek wants is our way.  We have found that creating mutual respect and trust in our professional relationships will allow that bond to be sustained for years to come.

FBC:  What are 2-3 most common questions your prospects ask?

MM:  Which frame fits my face shape, what is the best color, and when may I pick up my new eye wear. (laughter)
