The award winning music and production team NRG Music and Production was selected to provide the entertainment for The Emerson Group, a national health and beauty product marketing company. This annual convention is held for their clients and NRG will showcase characters from Star Wars, Guardians of the Galaxy, and Star Trek, in this years space themed entertainment.
NRG Music is a company who have been performing worldwide for over a two decades. NRG covers a wide variety of musical styles with entertainment and customized themed shows for corporate, weddings, and charitable events both large and small. Their clients include many Fortune 500 companies as well as entertainment figures.
NRG was chosen to perform at Denver’s Performing Arts Center for the Emerson Group for the 10th year in a row. They perform with a new show and theme every year. This years’ space theme will include a customized hip-hop dance routine by Stormtroopers.
“We are excited to bring our space theme this year and transport our guests through the choice of music, costumes, and moves. We have been working on this a long time and are excited to spark our guests anticipation and excitement ”, states Andy Salmonsen of NRG Music and Productions. Character members of the Guardians of the Galaxy will start off the dance set.

NRG also performs other themed productions such as an USO experience or dueling pianos. The performance for The Emerson Group will include dueling pianos between the Star Wars characters, Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker. Audio and visual productions will enhance the space themed show along with sabers made by the same company that made sabers for “The Force Awakens”. Guests will have the opportunity to have their picture taken with Darth Vader, Stomtroppers, R2-D2, and C-3PO. The C-3PO costume will be the actual one that was used in the movies.
Companies and private individuals can book NRG for big band, orchestra, and on down to small trio and quartet productions. Clients can request the musical range of opera, country, rock, and jazz, plus more music genres. They are a professional event planning company with skills to handle details both small and large. They provide their own PA equipment for sound and can handle lighting and venue selection, or coordinate with other live entertainers at the event.
