Izdihar: What are your top 3 advice to other Entrepreneurs?
Pantea: My top 3 advice are…
- Be a continuous learner. Knowledge is power. Every client has a unique situation, and one specific advice may not work for others.
- Do not get stuck in certification loop. Its great to learn but sometimes we get so fussy to become perfect. People who make good money only focus on one narrow and specific niche. You do not need to know everything.
- Have a clear vision and see yourself where you would like to be. I tried this technique to immigrate and live in different countries, in job transition and creating my own business.
- Do not force yourself to start a business based on other people’s idea. If you are not passionate about your business, you give up early.
Izdihar: What is your secret to balancing your family, business, and ME time?
Pantea: My secrets…
- With a 3-year-old daughter and in this pandemic situation is hard to make a balance but I created some boundaries. I have allocated some time for cooking, cleaning, and playing with my daughter but my door is locked 1-2 hours in the afternoon when my husband is at home. I read stories to my daughter and stay with her until she sleeps and then I have a few hours to work at night or early in the morning.
- I never work on Sundays and never setup interviews on Saturdays because I believe weekend belongs to my family.
Izdihar: What is 1 key action that anybody can take today to move closer to their goals?
Pantea: My 1 key action is really simple..
- Have a notebook and write about your talents and what you really have to offer or what you are good at.
