PROGRAM 15 and The New Balance Baseball Future Stars Series continue their unwavering commitment to change the game of baseball with the addition of new members to their Advisory Board.
Offering guidance in their respective areas of expertise, which range from international play to amateur and professional player analysis and development, the following members have been named to the PROGRAM 15 – New Balance Future Stars Series Advisory Board.
Darin Everson – Colorado Rockies – Hitting Coordinator
Rob Holiday – Philadelphia Phillies – Director, Amateur Scouting Administration
Rick Strickland – Texas Rangers – Hitting Consultant
On the new Advisory Board appointments, Booth stated, “Rob, Rick, and Darin come from all different cross sections of the game. Rob has been instrumental in the leadership of the Phillies scouting and development departments for 3 decades and a big influence in their give back initiatives. Rick has been a leader in his field for a long time and is always at the cutting edge of the game while working hard to find a way to make it accessible for all. Darin has seen the trials and difficulties of players from the cold weather environments in being seen and moving forward the correct way, and all have earned their resumes and accomplishments. We are excited to have their influence and input”.
Members of the advisory board consult directly with Booth on ways to improve the amateur baseball experience as well as innovate new ways to elevate the development and growth experience for both players and evaluators.
