A: Perseverance is key. You have to be willing to work hard, take initiative, and never give up. There were times when I felt like giving up, but I kept pushing through and it paid off in the end. I also learned the importance of building relationships with customers and understanding their needs. It’s not just about making a sale, it’s about building trust and loyalty.

Q: How did you innovate and adapt to the changes brought about by the pandemic?

A: The pandemic was a challenging time for us. We had to come up with new ways to reach customers and provide them with exceptional service.
