After that, I noticed something among the staff here; the program has had a profound effect, that we were serious about our values and mission statement. We’re actually a different type of company now–I saw a return from that program that was much more than what we expected. It’s something we always wanted to do, and No Roof Left Behind gives us the exact tools we need to do it!”
“Going forward, we plan to continue refining our production processes and to increase our New Construction division,” states Curry. The company desires to improve in all aspects of its business, particularly in safety, taking on larger projects, and developing areas of in-house expansion. “Our authenticity draws people,” concludes Curry. “When we installed one of the free roofs, the homeowner noticed our crew laughing and having a good time while they worked. She said, ‘That’s impressive, because they look like they really enjoy what they’re doing.’ That is truly what we really want, and having a customer say it really blessed my heart!”
