And Adika speaks from the heart. In fact, she considers TY – which is short for “Thank You” – a labor of love and her calling. The business has been in her family for nearly 40 years. It was founded and operated by her uncle for 32 years before she took the reins in 2012 after amassing broad experience managing benefits and payroll and recruiting employees internationally for a major pharmaceutical company. She also earned two master degrees in organizational leadership and labor and industrial relations from Southern New Hampshire University and Cornell University, respectively.
