Also, the idea of “I should do this” instead of “I want to do this.” We need to have the right mindset to make decisions, behave in a certain way and create those changes for ourselves. However when we are so focused on doing something because we think we “should do something” or we are so worried about what others think, that change is hard to achieve.

Q What is the one piece of advice you can give to some who knows they need change in their life, but they just don’t know where to start?

Whether you’re unhappy with your job, your health, your relationships, or your life in general, whatever it might be, you can’t wait for it to change on its own. You need to take action and change it yourself. Just doing one small thing toward making that change – getting off the couch, going outside for a walk, or reaching out to someone – is all you need to change your life. Remember, it’s ok to ask for help. One of most important things for people to realize is, when they want to make a change in the direction of their life, they don’t have to do it alone.
