Carol: Did you accept?
Ari: Of course! We are in the process of sitting down and getting our photos taken for the artist.
However, this was never a “goal” that I put my mind towards achieving. It just kind of happened.
Carol: That is so exciting. Please continue.
Ari: AriSha™ also wrote, produced, directed and starred in four 30 second advertising spots for the hydration ice pop Energice, that have been shown hundreds of times on ESPN, ESPN2, etc., during the last half of 2020. Seeing ourselves on TV is fun, but the tech and putting it all together in 3 days, when everyone expected failure, was special. I will never forget the feeling of being congratulated for our work by huge media companies like Grey Media and ESPN. It is unreal.
Carol: You and Sadie -Sha have accomplished quite a bit more, I understand.
Ari: Yes, today, Sha and I co-own Phillips House of Glass.
Our business created many of the iconic glass looks in Las Vegas and beyond. Ironically, we created the glass in The Chandelier Bar at the Cosmopolitan Hotel; all the glass in the Conservatory, Gardens and High Limit rooms at The Bellagio; all the Roman linked glass in Caesars Palace, really, a lot of high-end hotel work here in town.
Carol: Not just hotels and not just in town, though right?
Ari: That’s true. We work from here to Dubai. We have done the UK Prime Ministers desk in London and are currently doing an office desk for Aaron Judge commemorating his record-breaking season. We even did Celine Dion’s bathroom which came out incredibly well. Now we are focused on increasing business through offering “smalls,” which are products like branded or customized bongs, decanters, and glassware. I’ve had such a passion for glass that I began implementing new technology with the glass, creating custom items such as glass with LED pixel lights and using a decade-old fairly untouched patent to create far infrared emissive glass.
Carol: Truly incredible. I don’t think that when I mentioned just what an inspiration you are and what your life has been thus far, the readers could even comprehend all of this. I’m just in awe Ari. I truly am. So proud of what you have accomplished and so happy that I am able to share your inspirational story. I trust others will benefit.
I personally use your far infrared glass and as a health care practitioner, I can personally attest to the benefits of FIR technology. What amazes me is how it can be incorporated into glass, jewelry and more and not just via lamps or other technology.
Ari: Thank you. I too love far infrared light and it is starting to be seen everywhere. There are new far infrared gyms, massage studios and yoga businesses. Major national brands like Hot Worx are growing like mad. We sell Far Infrared saunas, lights, etc., you name it. The product that captures my heart most is our Far Infrared Jewelry – SolRay™.
Carol: You know I love your FIR jewelry. It is not only extremely high quality, but offers health benefits as well.
Ari: Thank you again. Our jewelry is completely handmade in the USA and customizable, so that the customer can carry passive healing far infrared energy on their neck, wrist, ankles or waist all day. I’ve received many compliments from real artists who adore my colorful, maximalist, culture-induced approach to functional jewelry. The invisible world is amazing. I like to ask my peers, “Can you measure good vibes?” and I say “Yes! You can measure the emissivity of the beautiful SolRay™ Jewelry.” I love the real, measurable, scientific realities which add so much energy to our lives. Far infrared light. Terpenes from plants. Probiotic microorganisms. I cannot wait to be part of the future as we learn more and more.
Carol: Innovation! You also do customized printing, don’t you?
Ari: Absolutely. We have an active business in printing licensed and custom apparel and other merchandise. Direct to garment printing, sublimation dye printing, transfers, embellishments, decorations – we do it all.
Carol: Readers, please do not think this is only on a small scale. Ari please share if you wouldn’t mind some of your most recent clients and/or work?
Ari: (laughing) We are learning. I guess it is not a low key thing, like I sometimes believe myself. This week, we signed an exclusive license to do all the event merchandise for The Wailers. We are expecting to be able to sell about 1.2 million shirts in 2023 for them. Plus, we have a bunch of other licensed products for them; not a small deal when you see it on paper.
Carol: Congratulations. That is huge, but as we are discussing AriSha™, let’s take a bit of a step back Ari to when and how you met Sadie (Sha). Even though we have covered in the first 2 articles of this special edition, how you and Sadie (Sha) met and became AriSha™, I’d love to have, in your words, your view of that day?
Ari: September 21, 2019 is a date that I recall with great happiness. I had come back from classes that day, studied, ate and cuddled up in my bed to read. The phone rang and my friend asked me if I wanted to go with her to an interview for a promo model position for a company. Truth is, I had no desire to go. I needed a job, but I had already applied to various places and was getting call backs. That night, I had no desire to get up, dress up, and interview. But being a supportive friend, I agreed to go. We met at the Cosmopolitan Hotel – the Chandelier Bar. I was a couple weeks from turning 21 and to my embarrassment, the management made our entire group leave due to me being underage. Sadie-Sha was conducting the interview for her new Smokin’ Hotties Cannabis (terpene enhanced functional lip glosses) line of products and she ended up moving us up to a different lounge upstairs. The interview was fun and lasted a couple hours. I wasn’t being interviewed per se, but I joined the team, nonetheless. For the remainder of 2019, I worked part time with the company, and enjoyed it. My friend quickly quit the job and tried to get me to exit, but I liked to work and stayed nonetheless.
