Tracy: What is your prospect’s biggest or most common problem?

Mike: 100% believe that it is communication, because there are so many other problems that could be greatly reduced when we focus on this one area.

Tracy: What are the 2-3 most common questions your prospects ask?

Mike: The first question I always get asked is “when can we start?” I believe deep down that most businesses and organizations know that there is a problem in this area, but have no idea how to approach it. The second question is how long does it take to begin to implement this formula and start seeing results? The answer….immediately! It is like playing sports. If you were playing basketball and you never knew that you were supposed to dribble the ball every time you moved, you would continue to make the same mistake. However, once you understand you have to dribble the ball to move, from that moment on you will dribble the ball when you move!

Tracy: What is the most common “Do It Yourself” solution your prospects might try?

Mike: The most common “do it yourself” solution that I see in organizations is having a meeting and telling everyone “we have to communicate better.” Most of the time people will leave the meeting more frustrated than when they went in. You would never tell a child that is learning to walk, “just walk” and expect them to suddenly walk would you? Of course not! You would show them the process of standing up on their own two feet, keeping balance, placing one foot in front of the other, and so on. Communication is no different.
