Victor Escalante is an author, speaker, and consultant. He is certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Brain Spotting, and Ericksonian Hypnosis. Since early childhood, Victor had a keen interest in the success mindset that led him to read hundreds of books and study with many teachers in his personal quest to find the difference that makes the difference. When he was first exposed to NLP he experienced the fast power of change and saw it as the future of human potential. Victor has worked in media for over a decade in production and advertising. Known as a straight shooter, Victor has worked one-on-one with thousands of individuals to help them succeed and to heal from deeply programmed limitations. He has been a consultant to the West Texas Corrections Department where he worked with thousands of individuals in recovery and gang intervention. Victor has taught NLP at five universities and two community colleges, at public agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and startups. He is home based in Houston, Texas.
