What is your current offer and what is your magic?
I am presently focusing on two main initiatives or what you could say ‘pillars’ of my business.
1) Leveraging my 19 years experience as COO & CFO of global banking institutions and combining that with my extensive work and experience in the field of developing the human potential as a Success Coach, an idea that resonated with me was ‘how spiritual awareness can exemplify success in the corporate world’. Observing how CEO’s struggle with thriving in a multicultural environment especially when they’re working abroad with families and out of their comfort zone (same as me) I created a very specific program to help them’ fast track’ their success in this particular situation.
It’s called The ‘Multicultural’ CEO Whisperer – as part of my Executive Coaching program.
This is ideal for C-SUITE Corporate leaders in multicultural environments who are struggling with feeling isolated, misunderstood and facing cultural challenges on how to create a cohesive peak performance work culture, a team that shares a common vision, delivers excellence, respects you and has your back.
2) With a goal to impact 50,000 people in next 5 years, I recently designed and created the Train The Trainer Program – Become a World Class Success Coach. This is a 6-month intensive certification program taught LIVE to a small group of select individuals each ½ year who are trained and mentored personally by me. This program works on all aspects of self – mental, physical, emotional, intuitive and higher self. I believe that by taking a holistic approach to learning, understanding and self-awareness more profound results can be delivered for both, the client as well as yourself. It’s like being paid to do what you love.
What is it you can look a client in the eye and say “I can help you”?
I am not sure if I would call it magic but rather an inner knowing and empathy about what the person the going through and an intention to help them succeed. It’s when you understand at a deeper level where they are and resonate with what they’re struggling with and where it is that they want to go, I believe that’s when you can look the individual in the eye and say ‘I can help you’.
Anything else you want to add?
I am blessed with 3 daughters and always look forward to that time of the day when we have time to ourselves. I am sure you have guessed by now that I love to travel (considering I moved 5 countries) and love connecting with new and interesting people with different perspectives and background. Morning workout and meditation energizes my day during the week while spending weekends with family & friends or swimming at the beach provides some downtime. I am starting to collect ideas for my third book and a second movie sometime this year.
