Cody Gullion: Insight Into Being A Customer Focused Car Sales Professional

HG: Hi and welcome to Business Innovators Magazine…Please introduce yourself and tell us a little about your background and what you do.cody

CG: Hello, my name is Cody Gullion. I was raised in a small town and I have been in the car business for four years. I am a dedicated professional. I strive for customer service excellence. I am very knowledgeable about the product I sell. I was in new car sales for two and a half years and have been in the used car sales for a year and a half. I go above and beyond for my customers and do what other “car guys” don’t do… I even drive to pick up customers if they cannot make it to an appointment… I’ll pick up their vehicles for service… so I am truly there before, during, and after the sale.

HG: So, what is at least one big problem you specialize in solving?

CG: One big problem… I specialize in solving customer needs and helping them find the right vehicle for their personal needs.

HG: What is the difference that people have in their lives after achieving the outcome by working with you?

CG: They no longer have to worry about the stress of buying a vehicle!

HG: What would you say is the area in business that you are most passionate about and why?

CG: I am most passionate about helping customers find the right vehicle and helping them making the big decision of which vehicle to go with. 

HG: How are you different than your competitors and how do you best serve your clients?

CG: I go above and beyond and that’s why I am different. I get my clients exactly what they need.. by being there for the whole sales process, before, during, and after.

HG: What are some common misconceptions that people have about what you do or your industry that you would like people to know? And how do you help people overcome these common misconceptions?

CG: People think car guys are crooks. They should know by coming to me that they will be treated with honesty and respect. I am not here to hurt you… I am here to help you. I help my customers by just being the big-hearted person that I am. I help them by getting them by building a trustworthy relationship with them and by guiding them to make the right decision for their needs.

CG: I am excited to see what the future holds and finding out new ways I can make everyone’s buying experience a better one!
