JS: My name is Jason W. Swindle Sr. I am the senior partner at Swindle Law Group, PC. We are a criminal defense/DUI firm assisting those who have been accused of crimes in the west Georgia and metro Atlanta area.
I am also a professor of Criminology at the University of West Georgia, best selling author, and syndicated legal columnist.
BI: What would you say is the area in business that you are most passionate about and why?
JS: I am most passionate about the aspect of protecting the Constitutional rights of my clients.
BI: How are you different than your competitors?
JS: We are very different in that we only represent clients charges with crimes against the state. We do not handle any other types of cases.We are well known in our community as a top notch criminal defense firm.
BI: Please tell me about any recent business accomplishments that you are most proud of and why?
JS: There are a number of business accomplishments listed on our website. We are most proud of the recent best selling book, THE VERDICT IS IN – Fix the Criminal Justice System.
BI: What Leadership qualities in Leaders do you most admire and why?
JS: I admire loyalty and diligence. Loyal people will always stand beside you. Add diligence, and you have a combination that can weather any storm.
BI: What has been a key element of your success?
JS: My faith in Jesus Christ.
BI: What are some of business projects that you are currently working on that you are excited about and why?
JS: We are currently working on a high profile murder case in Carroll Co., GA. The facts are intriguing, there are many witnesses, and the work will be extremely challenging.
BI: What are 1 or 2 things you would like to say to a prospective client who stumbles across this interview?
JS: When looking for a lawyer, trust your instinct; go with who YOU are comfortable with.
BI: To wrap this up, what are you most excited about in the upcoming months in your business?
JS: We are expanding our geographic boundaries and adding new, highly talented personnel.
