With more than 23 years experience as a Real Estate Agent and Broker, Dale Erwin decided to take his experience and create a training class for new agents called “I Have My License, Now What?” Dale’s course is designed for agents who are new to the industry and want a road map for success they can follow to quickly launch their career.
In addition to actively selling real estate, Dale has also served as a certified instructor for TAR for several continuing education classes as well as being a certified instructor by The National Association of Realtor’s.
When asked about the class Dale said, “The course is a four week course designed to give the agents an overview of what they must do to be successful.”
Some of the topics covered in the course include, prospecting for business, branding, and the technical aspects of real estate. Attendees can expect a four week course along with a private Facebook group for questions and collaboration.
The course outline is as follows:
Week One: Working with Buyers
Week Two: Finding Business
Week Three: Working with Sellers
Week Four: Contract to Closing
The course will be offered to all real estate companies, brands, and independent brokerages.
