The Real King Charles:
I am The Real King Charles. I am a King of everything that I seek to do that is Good!

Your known title and position is The Real King Charles, Lawful Advisor, Protector of The Constitution of The United States of America,
What qualifies you as “Lawful” and “Protector” of The Constitution of The United States of America?
The Real King Charles:
I am a de jure American National. There are 2 governments, 1 is the government de facto, the other is the Constitutional government de jure. Whoever becomes a de jure American National, they are in control of the government, as in “We The People…” I am part of the government, there are other titles, but the de jure government has been replaced, and yet still exists through the de jure American Nationals. I am a de jure American National for the last 22 years.

Quanta D. received a News tip about your “Lawful Advocacy,” which led to our featuring your New York community story about the contributions you’ve made in New York City for the Harlem Community and Hunter College protests, during the ‘Families Belong Together,’ also known as the ‘Separation of Families’ uproar across America.
What prompted your involvement and discussions to assist and educate New York City, and the world, during the ‘Families Belong Together,’ Separation of Families’ protests of 2018?
The Real King Charles:
Well, my daughter was recently taken from her mother around that time, by the Switzerland government, for no other reason than being very intelligent. Her mother was homeschooling before she went to school, period. She was 5 years old when she went to school and was in the 2nd grade at only 5 years old. She can write and speak English and German fluently. Her mother educated her with books that she already had plus the books that are a part of the Swiss educational school system requirements.
The Supreme Court has ruled that the Swiss Child Welfare Agency does not have jurisdiction over her mother, or my daughter. Her mother has now given the agency an approximately 2-week time limit to prove their jurisdiction over herself and my daughter. If any country in the world cannot prove jurisdiction over subject matter and person, then the case must be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. They must obtain jurisdiction over person and subject matter to have jurisdiction. If one is lacking, then jurisdiction does not exist. And in this case, that means my daughter must be released to her family, firstly being myself and/or her mother. As I stated during the Separation of Families protests, taking children from their parents without any Lawful just reason is a violation of Constitutional and Human Rights.

The first of the two is a US News piece published by Education Week, written by Journalist Mark Walsh, titled ‘Lessons On US Constitution Find New Relevance.’ The Media release features a Teacher of American Government and American History at Logan View High School in Hooper, Nebraska, Teacher Nicholas Hegge, who wants to get his students “hooked on the Constitution.” Hegge teaches by bringing attention to recent United States Supreme Court cases that he feels may have relevance to his students’ lives.
How do you feel about Teacher Nicholas Hegge’s teaching style and aspirations regarding educating the Youth on The Constitution of The United States of America?
The Real King Charles:
I think it’s a great thing, you have to start somewhere, and why not with somebody that seems to have a love for the true Rights bestowed upon us. Let the love of and for the Constitution rain across America and the World! It’s not just the youth, everyone needs to know the truth, freedom for and of “inalienable God given Rights…”!
