Kevin Kellogg Elite Business Leader Interview

Welcome to Business Innovators Magazine…Please introduce yourself and a brief thumbnail of your background.

KK: Hello, my name is Kevin Kellogg. I am a seasoned management professional, expert in steering innovative strategies that serve to generate revenues, ability to build dynamic teams and delivery. Red Carpet customer service to an increasingly demanding public. Leading from the front management style has been the catalyst for restoring morale, resurrecting damaged client relationships and instituting the type of transparent communication that builds and sustains trust. Cited throughout my career as a creative problem solver and calculated risk taker, a change agent skilled in exposing inefficiencies, producing solutions and shaping the future business. Growth focused and inspired by the power of teams to deliver results.

BI: What would you say is the area of business that you are most passionate about and why?

KK: I have always enjoyed being around Real Estate. I have found that investing is very rewarding. Creating the passive income without a great deal of effort. We focus on duplexes and multi-family properties, which provide the greatest return.

BI: How are you different than your competitors?

KK: Though we all do the same basic things, I believe what sets me apart from others is meeting clients after hours, on weekends and most important, returning their calls. This has been the biggest advantage. I have been told many times, “you are the only one that called me back”.

BI: Please tell me about any recent business accomplishments that you are most proud of and why?

KK: Starting a company and having it show positive results in a year and a half is an awesome accomplishment. We went from no doors under management to managing 110 doors; as well as, successfully closing 17 Real Estate transactions in 2017.

BI: What Leadership qualities in Leaders do you most admire and why?

KK: Working with leaders with a positive and thankful attitude. Knowing they have their clients best interest at heart and, it’s not all about them and what they do and how great they are.

BI: What has been a key element of your success?

KK: I truly believe it is being thankful for what we have and treating people with dignity and respect. Knowing that it’s not me who lines all the people up in my path, but rather it is God. There is no way I would know how to find people in so many different areas of the world and work with them.

BI: What are some of the business projects that you are currently working on that you are excited about and why?

KK: I was presented with the opportunity to contribute to the writing of a new book. I am excited about the people I have met during this process and the new opportunities it will bring to life for me and my family.

BI: What are 1 or 2 things you would like to say to a prospective client who stumbles across this interview?

KK: Working with a new client is a privilege. There are so many Real Estate agents out there. I find it rewarding to be given the opportunity to help the client through the process of buying or selling a home. Being their chosen agent and earning their trust could make for a lasting relationship, which in turn, could lead to future sales and future clients for years to come.

BI: To wrap this up, what are you most excited about in the upcoming months in your business?

KK: Continuing to meet new clients and making a difference in the lives of those I meet.
