After planning his own destination wedding and honeymoon on the Hawaiian island of Maui, Rick Mosca was inspired to become a travel agent. He had originally set his sights on becoming a wedding planner, but the thrill of booking travel and a strong desire to help others have the best vacation possible took him in a different direction. As a travel agent, he could not only plan memorable vacations but also help couples plan romantic destination weddings and honeymoons.
Rick began his career as a travel agent for R & B Travel in 2008. Six years later, he opened his own travel agency, Sunsational Destinations Travel. He firmly believes in continuing education to best serve his travel guests. Mosca stays up to date on the latest trends by taking numerous travel related courses. He completed several accreditations and is now designated as a Destination Specialist with several travel partners and suppliers.
Mosca recently graduated from the prestigious Disney College of Knowledge. He has also earned the title Island Specialist for Hawaii, specifically for the islands of Maui, Hawaii, Kauai and Oahu. He is extremely proud of his Destination Wedding Specialist accreditation. Mosca likes to say, “I help couples ignite and maintain the passion and romance of a new love for many years to come through planning romantic escapes.”
