RP: Hello, I am Russell Pierce, I am a passionate presenter and creative thinking believing that human progress is always happening as people are thrust to do better even in the most uncertain of times. I present public speeches on art and the artistry of public address to audiences in either the business or academic community. Weaving a hopeful message that builds on my own struggles gives me cache and relevance. It is my desire that my public speaking ability will reach a larger audience of civic leaders and influencers.

BI: What would you say is the area in business that you are most passionate about and why?

RP: I am most passionate about securing positive healthcare access and outcomes for all–and indeed this has been the driver for my over 20 years career in public health.

BI: How are you different than your competitors?

RP: What distinguishes me from others is my limitless potential for personal excellence that will benefit my clients and those I connect with personally and professionally. Integrity is not just as echo cast in the air it goes to my very core belief and practice.

BI: Please tell me about any recent business accomplishments that you are most proud of and why?

RP: Cementing positive comments from recent speeches, of course, is heartwarming, and the icing on the cake is when I am invited back to addresses audiences with standing ovations and favorable newspaper coverage.

BI: What Leadership qualities in Leaders do you most admire and why?

RP: Courage, tenacity, integrity are some of the leadership qualities I most admire and with that in mind I admire Warren Buffett, who is the Oracle of Omaha, my hometown.

BI: What has been a key element of your success?                            

RP: A strong belief that we are all blessed with the ability to succeed but with hard work and some degree of luck we can overcome adversity that results from being less privileged.

What are some of the business projects that you are currently working on that you are excited about and why?

RP: I am excited about doing some international and global communication projects that will build on my domestic speech agenda to encompass faith, the arts, and law.

BI: What are 1 or 2 things you would like to say to a prospective client who stumbles across this interview?

RP: Be prepared to meet a dynamic and interesting presenter who will bring both value and momentum to your organization and or creative event.

BI: To wrap this up, what are you most excited about in the upcoming months in your business?

RP: I am excited about reaching a larger audience with my creative speaking prowess and dynamic speaking style.
