Carol: So true.
What are three core values you have or are a part of your success?
Sha: I would say flexibility, consistency, and cooperation.
We realized even within COVID how we needed to be flexible as a company. For example, any supplier that we may have had, we’ve had to be able to zig and zag, change packaging, change labels, plus flexibility for all our employees. They’ve really liked our policies. It was something we started also back in 2020 when we opened the office. Text “if you’d like to work today,” because each day we wanted everyone to show up ready and ready to go.
Carol: Are there any additional messages you’d like to share about the company right now?
Ari: We know that there is invisible stuff out there that can be just as positive and just as beneficial to people as some of the recent invisible bad things, i.e, COVID has been for life. Just remember that as bad as something may be is as good as it could be and that is a description of the invisible. I think that’s something important we want to get out there, for example, some products we haven’t mentioned such as far infrared and how we’ve incorporated that into our jewelry line for animals and humans.
Carol: I understand you will be holding live shows now as well.
Sha: Our first live show titled: STAY FUZZY WITH ARISHA MAGIC™ will be premiering later this month. There’ll be weekly shows to establish consistency and growth. Our customers can pop in on their phones, shop at show discounts, learn, win valuable free gifts and have fun. People can watch the show live, shop, comment and text within the live feed and celebrate with us while enjoying a really good time.
We also invite people to do their own shows. We can support them by shipping products for them. We can give them more of the profit because they’re doing the work while we will be their packing and shipping center.
Carol: Please give us contact info re: the show.
Sadie: Absolutely. Live Show Sign Up Link: https://bit.ly/3DvKq9W
Carol: I’d like to ask now: What legacy would you like to leave?
Sha: My tagline in my email says young girls become women with a purpose. I truly believe this whole time we’re here to learn and absorb what this world is and be vessels to put that information out there for people. Examining our purposes like why we are here and sharing that information through business and other interactions really has been fun, interesting and entertaining. As a woman owned and operated business, we understand our job is also to teach. Not just women, of course, but every gender. Also, as a minority owned business, it is important to us that all our lessons are available to everyone regardless of social or educational position.
Ari: Cooperation is essential for everyone because that’s what creates magic. It grows businesses and it builds better communities. We want people and ourselves to be healthier, to cooperate more and to build stronger communities. One of our legacy goals is to provide everyone with the tools to grow cannabis so that they can utilize it to improve their endocannabinoid system. Again, we cannot stress it enough. A healthier cell will help create a healthier organ, create a healthier body. Then when your body is healthy, you become a better person to your friends and to your family and then that helps create a better, healthier community.
Sha: We have a song “CBD Changes Lives.” It was written and composed back in 2018. We’d love to share it with everyone. https://youtu.be/dv8NJQI-m5U We chose to use music, entertainment, as a means to “edu-tain” as it is one medium many could relate to and experience CBD’s impact on the body and the mind. Also, because on product labels, there are many truths that we can’t say because of the FDA and FTC and whatever alphabet agency is trying to “protect” the masses. Music allows our First Amendment rights to shine.
Carol: I didn’t realize there are different regulations and that you can do more with music than you can in other media. That I didn’t know.
Continuing, I’d love for you to express what living the AriSha™ Lifestyle is.
Ari: The AriSha™ lifestyle is maximizing your potential each day. It’s rising above our comfort levels and working together with others in a cooperative manner to create Win-Win situations. It’s remembering a happy balance between work and play and always taking some time to celebrate.
Sha: Yes, because for us, we know our days get busy and sometimes crazy, so we have to start our workouts in the morning. It sets us up for the rest of the day. Waking up ready to soar is important to us.
In their own words:
Carol: What would be some suggested questions you’d like our readers or anyone working with you or thinking of doing so should ask/know?
Ari: I would love for customers to ask us how to get involved? We have so many ways for people to get involved. It’s easier for people to write us saying: “how can I improve my business with you guys?”
Sha: Don’t be afraid to contact us. We really look forward to building something special. Online sometimes people are afraid to write.
